Key Features:

  • Water Management: High water retention (8-10x its weight) with excellent drainage, preventing waterlogging and reducing watering frequency
  • Aeration & Root Health: Porous structure allows oxygen to reach roots, preventing root rot and promoting vigorous, healthy root development
  • Sustainability: Made from renewable coconut husks, biodegradable, and a better alternative to peat moss
  • Nutrient Retention: Helps hold nutrients, reducing fertilizer runoff and improving fertilizer efficiency
  • Lightweight: Easy to transport, handle, and ideal for urban gardening, balconies, and rooftops
Coir Pith Block

Coir Pith Block

Coir pith blocks are eco-friendly growing media known for high water retention, holding 6-8 times their weight in water, excellent aeration, and slow degradation due to lignin, providing durable, lightweight soil conditioning for plants in horticulture, greenhouses, and hydroponics, with a neutral pH (5.5-6.8).

Key Features:

  • Water Retention: Absorbs and holds significant water, reducing irrigation frequency
  • Aeration: Fibrous structure promotes air circulation, preventing waterlogging and encouraging root growth
  • pH Level: Typically neutral (5.5 - 6.8), suitable for most plants
  • Organic & Biodegradable: A renewable, sustainable resource derived from coconut husks
  • Slow Degradation: High lignin content ensures longevity and sustained performance as a growing medium
